Support is excellent, by email and chat.
Just need to be aware that you can only use one module per page.

It integrates very well, pretty easy to setup and maintain.
It also works very well and the developer is responding very quickly to help solving issues or implement new requests.
If you are looking for a nice way to add video to your profiles, this would be a very good choice.
