The problem is that this component is based on a very old version of ep-dev.com's script, so some think work but some other doesn't and there is a bunch of features missing like catchpa.

Please update this extension with latest base script!

Very nice WHOIS component. Easy to install and lots of tlds. With the basic options you can change pretty much of the basic template.

With some work you can change the template to your own specific ideas.

1 thing: Maybe it is usefull to be able to change the resultpage in the basic settings. Right now the results are always showed on the /index.php. After searching the .php files I was able to change it to a specific page (/index.php/domaincheck).

Many thanks to the developer!

I would like to give this component a great review, the installation and configuration processes were simple and the component loos great on the website.

Although i have 2 problems; I was expecting a module available to publish of frontpage and once installed and running, it's not showing any results, it takes the customer only to a blank page.

Hope the developer can check on this.

Perhaps I'm missing something but the lack of documentation makes it hard to detect.

Looks like this is the best and most decend whois script there is for Joomla 1.5! Many thanks for developing this. I will give it a try for sure...

Besides is there also a module available? Which will forward you to the component ordering page?
