Module shows total number of hits.
Every time page with this module loads the counter will be incremented.

I was looking for a simple hit counter for our website's front page. Saw this and it seemed to hit the nail on the head.
Download and install was as easy as it gets.
The only config option is to show label next to the number. No timeout for unique visits etc.
The code was also painstakingly simple. 2 PHP files and the textHit file.
Functionality was lacking. It didn't pick up the fact I had visited the site 5 times, including force cache refreshes.
