I read the previous review from acke and saw the developer's response so I downloaded it and went to the site ) for further info and soon found out this is FAR from an "out of the box" weather solution as the description seems to imply.
It is unclear what you which sample did what so I downloaded the first one and looked at the .pdf included. It explains this as an award winning solution and gives testimonials but then it gets to the databases you need and I was still confused by what would be included in the sample vs the purchased database.

To use this module you need an IP2Location BIN database this is not mentioned any where.you can not install only the module you need moore stuff from other websites
This did not work for me since it is not only download and install you have to find the bin data base and download the correct one to use this module

The download instruction is displayed after you install the modules. However, I have added a README in the package so user can view the instructions first before the installation. Thank you for voice out this issue.
