I love this extension. It is exactly what I was looking for to control the browser titles on my 1.7 site and to have description and keywords automatically generated from each page.

I had a small issue with my site title being duplicated and the developer helped me out with quick support. The issue was not related to the plugin but a setting in my global config.

I use 2 free extensions for Joomla 1.5 to get these features was sad to find those same extensions weren't available in 1.6. I'm so happy to have found this product that suits my needs in Joomla 1.6. The price of $9.9 EUR is fair for the amount of time and effort the developer put into this fine product. Thank you very much for a fine product, I hope the developer continues working on this product for future versions of Joomla.

Finally, a solution that takes Joomla "turly" closer to creating some SEO power to rival WP.
Matthias is very talented and I love that someone has done a plugin like this. For anyone who has run WP blogs this functionality is a must for SEO.
Big bonus in WP is that the meta area is below the text, so a you write it updates the meta. J unfortunaely hides it invisibly on the right.
If Matthias can get it to refresh every 100 characters/30secs(??) and be just below the article area so we can see what keywords are being generated from our content then this would be an even bigger winner!!
Well worth the cash, great support, active dev, clients love it (even more with the new version).

Easy to install, will definitely help your Joomla site get better hits, which is one issue with Joomla.

Works as advertised!

A definite requirement for your Joomla site, and should be a part of the core Joomla installation.

This component works perfect and the best out there! I have also use Article Generator which developed with same developer works perfect out of box as well. apart from that the customer service is 100% superb. I did have an issue with on my site and after I contacted Matthias I got prompt reply with help within a minutes. I highly recommended.

This is the first commercial plugin my company has purchased for our production Joomla website, and we are very pleased. It does exactly what it says it does and easy to use. Also, support has been great. I have read a few of the "negative" reviews because I wanted to be sure before I bought our first commercial plug-in, and frankly I don't know what the negative ones are talking about. It is a great product. Also, I purchased V3 a week before V4 came out not knowing it was to be released, and I e-mailed the Author and he was VERY understanding and sent me V4 upgrade at no additional cost to my e-mail. I don't think it gets any better than that. Oh, and the response time was about one day or less. GREAT product thanks again.

Very useful extension, it works as advertised and it does most of the 'dirty job'. Great support also.

Easy to install and easy to customize. Very helpful to keep the meta tags up to date and saves a lot of manual work. Should be a part of basic Joomla.

This extension will take the work out of tuning meta/keywords per page. It is simple to install and if you ever come across an issue the developer is extremely responsive and answers emails right away. Great work! I truly hope he keeps working on it and updating the extension as needed. Looking forward to a J! 1.6 version :)

After spending countless amounts of time editing my meta data after each article over the last few years (300+ articles), I just now found SEO Generator. I was a little bit hesitant to switch all my carefully planned keywords out for its robo-words, but went with it. My thoughts:

- If your site is in English, you will have to heavily modify the blacklisted keywords. The developer thankfully included hundreds (or thousands?) of words already, but the English language is very large, and it requires special tuning to your website. Example: My website is about gamers, so the word "game" or "gaming" is in just about every article. I had to blacklist those words. If yours is about biking, you may have to blacklist "bikes" or "ride" or "riding", etc.

- No related content plugins can match the quality of SEO Generator. Unfortunately, as great as SEO Generator is, the related content extensions just don't match up to it. They often match articles which are completely unrelated, which is sad because SEO Generator would really shine in this space... but you should still buy it :)

- Support is incredible. I often dread asking for support, because I could put a lot of effort into compiling all the information to email them, and never get a response. With SEOGen I immediately got a response, and what's more, he offered to help me with an extension that isn't even directly tied to SEOGen! Very friendly, very fast, and extremely helpful.

I couldn't give you an excellent. This took a minute to sort out. Keyword portion worked with some tooling. Had to read your poor directions to get keywords in current articles. Bad report for the description not working. Include English read me with zip please. Email me the German version and I will edit it for you.

Positive note, this was like $15us and 15 minutes to have working. Even without the description in order I'm satisfied and will use it in every web site. This is a Real time saver!!!

Some one should mention that as soon as you pay using Paypal you are immediately redirected to the download page. No registration needed. I love that. Consumer Friendly to the impatient like me.

I have never written any review for all the extensions I have used before. When I realized how Google parse the metatags of my website I was shocked. I have tried many extensions but this is the most efficient and it is idiot-proof. So very user friendly.
