Very easy to install and use. Works exactly as described.

However, I am noticing an issue on my site where the verify META Tags generated by GD SEO do not display if the "www" is typed in the URL.

For example:
"mysite.com" The GD SEO META Tags display.
"www.mysite.com" The GD SEO META Tags DO NOT display.

I'm not sure why the verify META Tags are not served to the browser if the "www" is used. All other HTML Head Tags are present regardless of the "www" presence in the URL.

Perhaps this is a canonicalisation issue on my site. But i prefer to use the www. Otherwise, I would rate this excellent.

Easy and simple to add meta content for verification, however i couldnt get the alexa one to work maybe because they have search for a different meta name. Good though thumbs up!

I did struggle to insert the google webmaster mega tag in my site because of the peculiar way the html of my template was written.

When i goto my google webmasters and attempt to verify, it gives me the options of meta tag, upload html, and add a dns record.. ive tried copying and pasting all 3 and variations of all 3 into the google slot with seo verify, and it never works.. am i doing something wrong?

Hello mjones12,

Thanks for contacting us, This is very easy step i'll tell you how to configure it..

If you have a account just log-in to google webmaster, then "Add a Site" button (make sure domain is correct). Then you can see the Meta tags with ()

you have to copy the correct content code and past it your GDC SEO --> Google code area...

Then save, Now it's Done..

It would be a great tool if there will be possibility to add additional SEO systems. Or if routine how to do it will be described.
Because in Russia all these SEO engines are on the background after Yandex.ru

Hi,
Excellent plugin. Easy to install.

Google and Bing loved it. Alexa does not like it. It is failing verification. Does that have to do with the old metatag "alexa" instead of "alexaVerifyID"?

Please fix this if you can. Happy new year 2010 to all

Hi Tomcenario,

you can try 1.0.3 and 1.0.4 both. We has been removed alexa in previous version, make sure when you put that code if it's wrong, it will never connected..

I've had a crash course of Joomla over the weekend. 20+ hours of intense processing of info. So my head is swimming with Joomla inside of it. By divine intervention I've been looking for something like this today and it just came on board to the website. Wow!

Installation was quick and easy all meta data was showing and verification was instantaneous.

I usually don't do reviews but this just help me easy off on the brain power a little. And the weirdest thing is my initials are GD....

Don't worry I don't work for this company!

Lastly all the other Multi-Search Engine Verify tools for Joomla you have to pay for and this one's FREE......for now.

So get it while it's hot!
