Simply upload, add the required fields as part of the plugin parameters and publish for all pages.
Dublin Core Extended covers the following metadata specifications for Joomla:
* the basic Dublin Core specification
* the Australian Goverment Locator Service (AGLS) being a superset of Dublin Core
* the Getty Thesaurus of Geographic Names
* Geolocation via ICBM
* Open Directory Project
Installation and configuration was a breeze. Plugin does exactly what it says...
However, I've spent the last few months targeting my site to different locations and then made the mistake of including DC geo tags via the plugin.
Shortly after I had the pleasure of watching my site drop off the face of Google in all but my local area.
Well poop.
I know that's 100% my fault and don't blame the plugin creators at all. Just thought I would share in hopes that I stop you from making the same silly mistake I did.

This is a quick and painless way of adding to a site's SEO score. It took me 5 minutes per site (Joomla 1.5)once I had found the latitude and longitude of my base!
Adding the Dublin Core raised my Woorank score by 1.5 points. Just need to find a way of doing the same on my Joomla 1.6 site.
