Missing Meta Check Module

A simple module, which shows in main admin panel a list of articles without description, keywords or tags (for Joomla 3.2 and higher). Very useful if you tend to give all your articles descriptions, keywords and tags, but sometimes forget to do so.

• Displays articles with missing meta description and keywords.
• Very good for SEO.
• Perfectly integrates with standard admin skin.
• Compatible with Joomla 3.2 tags component.

This is one of our numerous (mostly unique) extensions and it's FREE. We will always maintain some great extensions for free, so you could estimate the quality of our job.

The module works great, but after paying for it, why do I have to show a link to their site... Went to the forum and it looks like its self posted content, praising the module... Surely you would think at least one person has commented about this!

Remarkable extension, perfect! Assign this module to your Admin cPanel and it does exactly as it says, creates a complete list of articles with missing meta data. Especially good if you have authors on your site who often forget to fill in the data. Works great ... nice job, hats-off!

There was a 1.5 extension that did the same thing, that I have long missed. I was just working up the energy to write such a thing myself. It works exactly as promised.

One *very* small quibble that no one else will ever notice: If I have Error Reporting set to Maximum (under Server Settings in the admin Global Config), you can see a warning that should probably be fixed:

Strict Standards: Only variables should be assigned by reference in /htdocs/administrator/modules/mod_missingmetacheck/mod_missingmetacheck.php on line 15.

This does not appear in default Joomla settings. I further note that the current J2.5 has at least one similar error. :-)
