This extension shows you the number of your site's visitors.

Install was easiest. The mod seems do all. The plugin I did not touch at all. On several websites i installed counters as I needed to know how many people are coming. And always it was not clear how many are live persons. After installing this it showed bots and guests. Their total matched the number shown by other counters.
Also another counter made the site very slow. But not this. Best.

this app is great, but too bad is the app count the bots too. make my site 100+ visitor per day
This module is very quick and easy to get installed and running. The graphic options for the display are very good and configurable to a degree. Like others the option to only count/display real human visits would make the module excellent rather than good. Part solution to bot counting is to comment out the bot addition lines in the plugin php file.
Knowing how many Bots is useful to me and it can be turned off. Installed quickly and allows you to alter to suit your template. Wish all mods were this easy. Thank you very much.
First time I try this counter: Good! I like every simple thing of this module. Easy to install and easy to customize.
But, when the time run, I found some problem:
1. This counter still count bot and I have no option to count only real visitor.
2. If you link your site with facebook API, it will be count 2 different visitor (you and facebook). If you add twitter API, it will be 3 visitor at same time.
3. After my site count more than 8.000 visitor, first page look ok. But, when you click any link in my site, it appear blank. When I test to turn of module one by one, I found the problem is this visitor counter.
So, I choose to uninstall this module from my site now.

I like this counter and used it for my website. But the thing that make me shocked is, yesterday my website goes blank. At first, I thought someone has hacking the web. But after I check out at the error logs and tried to deactivated the extension one by one, the web blank because of this counter.
Even now, if I activate the counter, the front page will be blank again. :(
I really do like this extention. But since it make my web goes blank, then I've to deactivate it.

Great Counter. Nice job and good to see it as Open Source. I am just starting to use Joomla and was looking for a basic counter extension to replace my custom built one was surprised there are not many options for a basic graphical counter.
This extension worked great by default. I was a bit hesitant when I read the Installation message that had a warning about not disabling it >_

It would be great if it counts the real number of visits. In my develop system, that is not conected to internet, it counts visitors more that mine. Even 3, 4, 5 in a few seconds.
In my web site, it counts more than 1000 per day. One day it counst less than 100.
Webalizer count less than your counter every day and more when your counter goes down.
You have a real bug.
