I bought this module this morning. It was easy to install and configure, and properly displayed the feed from my Facebook Group. I had a couple issues with it - one minor text display issue and one issue with my photo slideshow not displaying on the same page after publishing this module. The folks at Webkul responded immediately to my email (even though I'm fairly sure we're not in the same time zone) and corrected the issues for me immediately. Excellent customer support. Thanks for the module, and for the quick and kind support.
It works great! Easy to set up! I had never set up a FaceBook feed and was confused about getting the Application ID from FaceBook because it was for a group page and I am just one of many administrators of this group FaceBook page. After trying other extensions over the past 2 weeks, I found this one and I found the instructions on how to get he FaceBook App ID. In a few minutes, I was up and running! The instructions are the best instructions I have seen for any Joomla extension! Then I needed help with the colors and text format. I didn't expect to get a response for a few days, so I was pleasantly surprised when I was able to connect immediately with the developer via SKYPE. Great module, well worth the money.
I had a problem with Joomla 1.5.25 and comments showing. Skyped the developer the next morning and he had it fixed without any questions in less than 15 min.

I had a bit of a problem with this extension so I registered and asked for help in the forum. The developer instantly replied and asked for my Skype ID. Once we were able to get in touch he figured out the issue immediately. Great support!
I purchased this module about 20 minutes ago. After installation and activation, due to the narrow display, I decided that the avatar images needed to be hidden. Without finding an option in the interface, a ticket was submitted to the forum. Vipin responded immediately. After a bit of back on forth on Skype, the issue was resolved in less than 5 minutes.

Just follow the quick instructions that take ten minutes and make your site look Web 2.0 We are very happy to get this. Support (to make a slight customization) was quick and professional.
