Optimized Facebook Like Box Module

This module will allow you to show the Facebook Like Box for your Page, so it will show all the people that liked your page, also you can show the Stream of your page.

Very simple, very easy, yet very effective.

This module has the following parameters:

+ Module Class suffix, to style your module.

+ Page Link, for your Facebook page.

+ Box Width / Box Height, to control the width and the height of your Like Box.

+ Color Scheme, to select whether the light color scheme or dark color scheme.

+ Show Faces, to show/hide the profile pictures for the people who liked your page.

+ Border Color, to change the border color for your like box. Just enter the color code with the #, like #000000 or #ffffff.

+ Page Stream, to show/hide the page stream in the like box (page stream is the "things" that you write on your page on Facebook, so it will be shown directly on the module).

+ Force Wall, for Places, specifies whether the stream contains posts from the Place's wall or just checkins from friends.

+ Like Box Header, to show/hide the header on the top of the box which contain (Find us on Facebook).. Note that you must show one or both of (Show Faces) and/or (Page Stream) in order to show the header, if both hidden, the header will not be shown.

+ Support either HTML5, XFBML, iFrames code.

+ Support Multi-Languages (Localization), for more than 100 languages..

This module is very easy to install and configure.

+ According to users request, this version will support all of Joomla! 1.5, 1.6, and 1.7 versions :)

+ Due to customers request, we added the Caching feature on our modules, so now you can set the cache on the module to be either No Caching or Use Global, and set the Cache Time.

+ Fixing the XHTML validity issue, now its W3C valid.

v2.0.0:
+ You can choose either HTML5, XFBML, or iFrame code result.

v2.1.0:
+ Added the Force Wall new attribute that Facebook provide lately.

v3.0.0:
+ Support Multi-Languages (Localization), support more than 100 languages.. Fixed Labels of the Administration Fieldsets...

v3.1.0:
+ Several code enhancements.

v3.2.0:
+ Support J3.0.

v3.2.1:
+ Fixed the crash when used in Joomla! 3.0.

v3.2.2:
+ Fixed the (Module Parameters) Administration tab that was disabled in Joomla! 3.

On Saturday I asked for German language support in the module frontend. Insteandly I get the answer that there's no language support yet, but will be able if I figure out how it might work. I don't know any basics of scripting but I was able to find the position where the language ist set. So I gave this feedback to the developers and changed my own files to have a German FB like box.
Now, Monday, the developers offers a updated version with multilanguage support. I felt to be a part of this improvement. Thanks a lot for fast response.

Different languages

Seems like a great and easy to use module, if you're not looking for a multi-language module.

Facebook supports different languages, and other FB-modules include this option too.

This module doesn't.

Another bug is, that it doesn't seem to have any labels in the module settings area.

Labels look like this:

I had this extension working on a site I developed a year ago. If using Chrome, it doesn't show on that site now. It does show using Firefox.

I just designed a new website for another client last night, and it does not show in Chrome but it does in Firefox.
