- This extension inserts a backlink to the developer.
You simply install the plugin to your joomla 2.5 and insert the full url of your facebook page and api (optional) and you're ready!
Facebook Like Box enables you to:
Set the width of the facebook like box
Set the height of the facebook like box
Set the display language of your facebook like box
Change the color of border facebook like box
Show/hide stream
Show/hide faces
Show/hide header
Choose between light or dark color scheme.

Easy to setup, does exactly what it says too. Easy peasy.
It does what is says, but it injects an unknown link to a hosting provider . Searched providers site for a guide to remove the link but nothing.

First of all, i've placed into the editor's note a notification that the plugin has a visible link towards MY site (not an unknown hosting provider). If you desperately needed to remove the link, then you could easily contact me and send you instructions (as i did for other persons), instead you blindly place a one star review to my plugin for no reason...
Looked high and low for this extension. Very easy to install and configure, took about 3 minutes. Has the functionality of a commercial extension and its free! Can't beat that. Would be nice to be able to put this into an article, but either way, I love it.
I Like how it does the like very easy to setup and it has activity and Stream feature, this is a must use i give it a 5 star or two thumbs up.
while it works well, it inserts a link to another site just below the likebox. not cool...

You can simply remove the link. The plugin is free and open source and you have the right to modify it or improve it as you like. The same goes for the link. Nothing wrong to leave the credentials to the owner of the plugin.

*I happily want to add my comments for this plugin as this is one of the most simplest modules i have ever seen.
*Installing time is perfect and with in five minutes, i was able to add my facebook box to my page.
*Simple instructions makes it more easier for the users.

One of the easiest plugins I've ever used.
Easy to install, use, and configure.
Works perfectly for me.
A sure hit if it goes mainstream, which is not too hard to imagine.
