We used these widgets on our new shopping site, everything worked perfectly. But we needed some special facebook relatd customization to bring uniqueness to the site. Cerontek send us a implemention offer with 24 hours which we accpeted. The customization was completed perfectly & delivered within 4 days. I am quite impressed with the level of support& professionalism from these people.

I have been using these widgets for a while, the products are great and the price is right. A few of the widgets gave me a new way to connect with my readers. Customer support is great, I needed a little bit of customization for the Connect module, they delivered it within a couple of days and didn't charge me anything for the extra work. I would rate them 5/5.
I was working on a fairly large Joomla 3.x site. The requirement was to built the site on Joomla 3 platform. There were not many J3 supported extensions out there then, I had to bake my own custom ones and buy the rest.
I was not very experienced with social integration and definitely not comfortable coding modules from scratch. Found this page on my google search, checkout the J3 live demo and was happy to find all these extensions with Joomla 3 support. The modules all worked out great and with some minor support from the super fast support team I was done with the social integration. Thank you.

Hello, I've been using these for quite a while, just wanted to come back and leave few words. I have never seen so many modules in one place and the price is quite low compared to what they are offering. And since the extensions support unlimited domains I am using them on all my sites. I am very pleased with the products and the responsive support.
I have joined the club a while ago and wanted to express my opinion about the products and customer support. While the products are all great and simple to use, I was more impressed with the support I got from them. Every query I sent was replied timely and a very friendly manner. It's beeen a long time since I found this kind of one to one support online. to me, it's worth paying for the support alone!
Among the extensions, the "Add a friend" module stands out for me. I got a ton of friend request via that module from my readers. If you are not using it already, i highly recommend it.

Products are great, easy and simple to use. But, I had a conflict with one of my components and emailed support for help. Got a response withiin 6-7 hours and problem was fixed within less than 24 hours and that too on a Sunday! They also pointed out a non-relevant error that was on my site and adviced me how to fix it. I cannot be any happier with the support I received.
I have yet to find another collection of Facebook widgets which has so many modules and plugins with such a reasonable price tag. I loved the segmentation as I could only install the modules that I needed, unlike some other packs where everything is installed all at once and confuses me.
Questions to the support team was answered promptly and the replies were descriptive enough for anyone to understand. The only thing I would want to see is some kind of a knowledgebase where I can look for answers. Other than that this was a great buy.

My joomla extensions collection already had several social media extensions however I had had to get this pack. It was cheap and had wide range of widgets,plus the future-proof Joomla 3.x support.
Currently building a Joomla 3 site with these extensions, had to contact support for a couple of times, their response was super-fast. I got solutions within 2-3 hours of mailing. Keep up the good work!

job well. Subscribed and downloaded the extensions instantly,
installation was smooth and modules worked exactly as expected. P.s. I
talked to their support once and the guy was Very friendly and

I've joined the club almost a year ago, the extensions were great but its recently one module got my attention - the Add a Friend module. I run a joomla niche blog and I get a lot of comments from my readers everyday, I comment back and that's how I used to keep them in touch.

Well, this worked out pretty well I have to say, 1 day after installing the module I got 36 friend requests. I created a new friend list and added them to it, now I plan to promote new products/articles to them via FB.
The module gave me a great way to connect & market to people. Only thing I would want is more default button images, but then again I have the option to upload my own custom buttons.

A wide range of widgets I have to say, had to take my time looking through them and testing them out. Good thing their demo site had admin access so I could test out everything there. I am using the Connect module, comments module, like box & the like & share plugin, all working great. The new comment notification via email feature has been very useful, I get an email instantly everytime a comment is posted and I can reply fast.

Got these extensions couple of weeks back, everything installed fine. The modules were easy to configure and it all worked fine. A week later I installed a poorly coded gallery plugin and it messed up my site menu and conflicted with FBWidgets connect module as well.
I contacted FBWidgets support, got a reply within 6 hours. And in the next 24 the conflict was fixed and they fixed my menu too. I haven't tried all the modules in the club, but I can say the support was really friendly and fast.

My Joomla site is a new kind of auction site www.pegdown.com, and I've written or edited almost all of the source code for the site's components and modules myself. Because of this, integration with many 3rd-party plugins has been a pain. But their customer service has been amazingly patient with me in finding and fixing script errors conflict issues that were causing the Facebook Connect module to not work on my website. Unfortunately, I've decided to discontinue use of the their product for integration issues (my site is very customized & I'm not a very experienced PHP developer). However, based on Cerontek's support alone, I still highly recommend that anyone looking for a Facebook Connect solution take a look at their FBWidgets Joomla extension.
Getting the various Facebook widgets to work well together can be difficult, and this package ensures good integration. The developer is also exceptionally helpful.

I've been using Joomla for quite some time now and have never given a review on any extension nor module. I would absolutely recommend this to anyone! It is well worth the money and the support is outstanding. Thanks for creating such a great tool to use with joomla!!
I purchased facebook widgets because it seemd to have all the componants i required for a VERY complex site/multisite application i was building.
However facebook changed their code on the day it stopped working - Cerontek responded to my support email within HOURS and started to work with me to try and get the situation resolved.
They managed to get one section working, but unfortunatly im was on a very tight deadline and unable to continue to use the package and didnt have the time to go through all the trouble shooting to get the widgets to work with my project (Im DAM SURE that cerontek would have done)
Cerontek gave me a full refund and for now we parted - but i will revisit and see if i can get these magnificant applications to work with other projects.

They really provide a lot of extensions for a decent price. I am not very experienced with Joomla and needed help to put the modules in place and configure them.
So I took a screenshot of my site and noted where I wanted the modules and opened a support ticket along with my access details. I was expecting reply within 48 hours, but I was amazed to see everything setup on my site in less than 12 hours. I would call that quality support.
