I have a few years of experience in researching on Facebook apps. While the idea of Lucky Draw is not entirely new, what really appeals to me is its simplicity and usability. I've found this to be a simple app that anyone can use, not just developers - and that counts for a lot in my context. When I tried the demo site it didn't take me too big a learning curve to use and I had already created two questions. I think this is something practical as well since users may not want a lengthy contest, especially when they're more keen to answer the questions and check out the results. This caters well to my needs as I don't need a complicated app, but one that is useful and simple.
