2 - Very Handy Module admin .
3 - Every thing is configurable (e.g height,width,color,speed and many more ).
4 - you can also use this module as Hash Tag '#' search , simple add this code in back-end seach string - %23searchstring or %23iphone

No ability to follow individual user tweets. Shows ALL tweets that have the "Search String" Word in it. Not what I was looking for. But other then that Install was easy and easy to customize border color but not shape. Border has rounded edges, didn't fit my scheme. Its is useful to catch random tweets with a key word in them but no ability to follow specific users.

Thanks for your review . but as per the demo and description you can see that this module is not made for follow the tweets . It is very useful for grabbing your tweets based on your search string .

I haven't written many reviews (I know I should write MANY more!) but this extension really deserves my praise.
First off it was easy to implement.
Second it was easy to configure.
Thirdly when I had a small problem with it, the author responded within 15 minutes and solved the issue. It actually wasn't his fault at all, but my lack of understanding about the Twitter API.
Top marks!!!

I had a network timeout in the middle of downloading the extension, so my file was damaged. I submitted an email to them, and was shocked to find they had replied within ten minutes. Great customer service, and great extension.
i myself had a problem with feed not working. i sent an email early morning, received an answer before i woke up. in all truth his answer was a quick and simple, also the mistake was i had not tweeted in a long time..SO TWEET!! his module works great and his support is great also
Had a small issue and contacted the developer. They responded immediately and took care of the problem. Great service and a great extension!
After some initial config trouble I contacted the developer and now I feel like having a custom build extension, really cool. Works great now, looks cool to!
I was looking for a solution using twitter search as a module in my sidebar filtering for specific keywords. Slide Tweet is exactly the tool I was looking for. It is easy to use, you got a lot of options for the settings and it looks and works just wonderful.
But the best part about Slide Tweet is the great support from Webkul developers. I had some specific questions that I asked using email. I got and quick respond and we were even using Skype to answer the questions - and I am in Germany! Never had a support for any other Joomla issue like this. Thumbs up and I can highly recommend this company and the great solutions they offer.

I got the wrong version of the product when I purchased it. It was my fault, I'm brand new to twitter and had no clue what I was doing. WEBKUL sent me the correct version and got it working on my site. My template had multiple errors and they spent countless days on this (I think close to 2 weeks) on my template to get it working for their module. It was not there problem to fix, but he promised me he would get it fixed. Even though it was not his fault, he fixed my template and it's working great now. I am so happy with the level of respect, courtesy, and time he spent with me. BEST investment I've made!

There are many free twitter modules out there, but at least as of today it is hard to find a good one with keyword search AND compatible with Joomla 1.6
I surely don't regret to have paid those few dollars as it saved my valuable time.
A great enhancement for this module would be to be able to choose between user and keyword search.
