NOW RUNS IN Joomla 1, 1.5, 2.5 and 3.0 Native Mode, thanks for your patience.
Just for the record, I don't work for Smugmug, I am just a very happy customer of theirs, who wants to share the good news with the Joomla Community.
Smugmug offer unlimited photo storage, and massive (effectively unlimited bandwidth for most users) even on their most basic accounts. Serving your photos from Smugmug could even save you money.

I am new to Joomla. I just installed JSmug, great job with the component. I do notice if I link to an album that is password protected I cannot access the album. I get a message "JSMUG ERROR: Non Existant or empty Gallery". This always happens with Albums that are password protected. Is there a way to send the password to the album? If not can this be included in a future version?
Concerning the JSmug module - The BEST photo gallery/slideshow option there is for a large gallery. Period. Works in minutes, no glitches, no infinite amount of massaging code to make it function.
Now, there is ONE question I have. Can we control the color scheme of the thumbnail display at the bottom of the slideshow? Even making it match the main image's "borderColor" (which we can control) would be acceptable.
Regardless, it cannot be expressed enough how WONDERFUL the JSmug MODULE is (although I wasn't able to determine if the JSmug COMPONENT could be configured to work the same as the MODULE, so I just use the module in good health).

Had no problems with this component. It's the only one out there that works with smugmug, so was VERY happy that I could get it up and running on my Joomla 1.0 site.
I am getting ready to upgrade the site to Joomla 1.5, and was wondering if the author of this components was still "happy to patch to work with Joomla 1.5"...? :-)
Any updates on progress on that?

This component has been the only one I could find to integrate
smugmug galleries into Joomla. This is the stuff we need. Easy to install, rather basic configuration possibilities (but it works perfectly). It seems that updates have stopped, but the component is working very well anyway. It would be so nice if it was updated to joomla 1.5 ! A beautiful piece of work.

Jsmug is a great component for Jommla! Our site needed to implement SmugMug and this has worked great! I had to come back and right a review. The author was very helpful in the development of my site. -Thanks

Thanks for smugmug extension. had been waiting on someone to do it. I'd love to be able to change layout styles and turn off "save as" option - for future releases. My two cents. Thanks again.

Layout can now be fully styled with CSS
Also CSS thumbnail grids. Will look at right click protection soon.
