The module works great with all versions of Joomla 2.5 and the new Joomla 3.0. You can pick from multiple module templates, which are designed for vertical, horizontal and grid based layouts. The different layouts also mean that this YouTube module can be used in different module positions around your site.
You can customise the videos you want to show from YouTube based on popularity, YouTube users, YouTube playlists or keywords. Upon opening one of the videos, the lightbox will allow you to scroll through the rest of the videos easily. You can also customise the video player. There are options such as setting the player width, YouTube controls options, and colour options.
This YouTube module was created by the HWDMediaShare team as an easy way to insert YouTube videos into a Joomla site. The HWDMediaShare team have a lot of experience in woking with YouTube videos and Joomla with a YouTube module being a popular request within the HWDMediaShare community.
