Vipin Sahu has been very helpful and offered very good support. I had a couple of issue and always received quick responses and answered all my questions.
The module itself is awesome. I had downloaded several different social media modules and attempted to place them on the bottom of my pages. It diminished the look of the site. I also had some issues getting those modules to display correctly.
It took me about five minutes to configure and test social tabs. It looks great and was exactly what i was looking for.

The demo of this module was exactly what I was looking for. I had a bit of trouble getting it to work properly on my site so I submitted a support ticket and with in 2 minutes I got a response. The support team was able to make the module compatible with my SSL site and I was ready to go in less than 24hr. I would definitely recommend the Social Tabs product not only because the module is great but the customer service is outstanding.
Of all the Social tab plugins/modules I have used over the past 6-7 years this is hands down the easiest to use and easily customized!
I emailed the developer with a question, and had a reply extremely quick, the support is unmatched!

You can rarely find such devoted developer team as it's webkul. They have the best support i have ever encountered in my life! It's instant and it goes beyond what you purchased! Very friendly, but fast and efficient! I even suggested update for this module for pinterest and it was done in like few business days, they did't forget me and they sent update right away! They will answer any question you might have even on webkul facebook page. To me, it look like a perfect module. Those guys deserve 5 stars for what they do.

I purchased the module yesterday. Installation was very simple. Its a clean, tidy social tab and looks great on the site.
I was able to get all of my feeds working quickly, except for one. I posted on the forum and received a response almost immediately! Vipin goes above and beyond anyone else that I've dealt with in the past. It turns out the problem was on my end. I was using the wrong Google Plus ID.
I cannot express how impressed I am with the level of support Vipin provided for such an affordable app.

This module is great, its professional looking, allows your website to show what it needs to market without having the social netweorking tabs interfere with the overall layout. They provide prompt and comprehensive customer support, should you need it. Overall 5-star module!!! Completely satisfied.

The professional response from this company is fantastic. Quick, instant and the issue is always resolved - no matter what time of day or night.
Don't be put off by the very low price - this is an excellent and professional module which installed in Joomla 2.5 and worked exactly as advertised. I had no problems at all, but the speed at which my "thank you" message was answered by Support shows that there are people there to help if necessary.

The extension does almost all that I need it to do, except get live feeds from Linkedin. However that is a limitation of Linkedin and not the extension, so I have given the extension full marks.
The support I received from Vipin was excellent, he was responsive and attentive.
My only negative is that support wouldn't be needed if documentation was available on how to set it up and customise it. Otherwise, it's great.

I'm not experienced with Joomla and got into some issues with the installation.
Vipin added me to Skype within minutes of me emailing support and was extremely patient in making sure everything worked correctly.

The module works like a dream, and the only issue we experienced was due to facebook changing their page naming methods which left us dumbfounded on how to enter it in.
I sent an email to the developer and within 2 mins had a reply and a short skype conversation later, the problem was solved.
I have tested and bought many extensions off joomla, and this to me, for both value for money and the after sales service, is the best I have ever experienced.
