This is a really great plugin and the support is excellent, I submitted my details to access the website to have this installed into K2 and got an email a few hours later saying 'check it our'!...excellent service and brilliant product will use on other websites for sure
This extension works very well, and is backed up by solid support. After using it for a few months we noticed an issue. The support team resolved it within 24 hours, after several email exchanges. You may never need support with this extension, but the small purchase price is well worth it for the level of support I received.
This is the best looking social bookmark extension that i've ever used (and i've used a few). Having contacted the support desk for an issue i was having with regard to blog/featured layout, i can say that the support is indeed very helpful. The ShareThis API isn't awesome but it's OK (it can be 'quirky'), hopefully this will improve going forward. All in all it's a superb extension.
I am using the Joomla 1.5 plugin version
Pros:
1. Very nice looking buttons. Looks nicer than anything out there.
2. 4 Different styles to choose from
3. Exclusion of categories helps a lot
4. Support will write back often the same day
Cons:
1. Button counts do not actually work. The same person can hit the tweet button 100 times and it will show the amount of tweets as 100. Same with Facebook. They say this is a problem with shareAPI and will not be fixed until ShareAPI feels like it. ALL plugins using this shareapi have this bug.
2. Clicking on most buttons do not bring up a convenient popup. Instead they open up a whole new page. They say this is a problem with shareAPI too. ALL plugins using this shareapi have this bug.
3. Just moving your mouse over the email button will auto popup a popup box that you have to click on a button to close. Really annoying. They say this is a problem with shareAPI too. ALL plugins using this shareapi have this bug.
3. If you want to upgrade to the newest version of fancy bookmarks, there is no convenient way to do so. You have to uninstall your old version, reinstall new one, and set up all your settings all over again from scratch. I don't know many components, modules, or plugins that still work this way but the programmers refuse to change this.

I had some issues with the Pinterest portion of the module and plugin. They fixed it and it works excellent!

We had heard good things about JoomClub.org, so their service seemed like a good bet. With thanks, these folks were exactly what we'd been searching for in the joomla component world. I was glad to avoid a lot of the project management /communication hassle I've had with other vendors. I'd generally recommend them for Fancy Bookmarks with Google +1 services without reservations!! AAA!
