This extension has a plenty of potential, no doubts. It does look great, but it's quite a buggy. Look's like developer doesn't have much time for it. Perhaps you should ask more money for it, and invest more time and energy to support this promising extension that way it needs.

This is a good extension, kudos to Vanama!
It is a simple interface and pretty clean, but the beauty is the intergration of the Casino with the AUP points system (It does JomSocial as well apparently, but who cares about that, he he). This along with a couple of other components Vanama has made (RPS and BlackJack) have made the subscription to the site feel like a bargain! The fact of the matter, is that I got the subscription because of the other components, however the Casino is a great way to allow users to compete with their user points. I wasn't bothered about the idea of the casino to begin with, as I have PUArcade and figured it to be similar, but now I run both side ny side as they serve a different style of gameplay on the site now and have different rewards (trophies in PUArcade and points in the Casino).
If you have a social website or a gaming site, I recomend taking a look at the demo site, I am pretty sure you will like it :).

This is simply an amazing component. I've had PUArcade for a long time and kept hearing about JG Casino. But didn't want to get involved with another big game component until I grated to Joomla 1.5.
Well, I finally did my migration, and JG Casino was on my shortlist of new components. I installed it, set up the integration with Alpha User Points, and BAM! My members went crazy for it.

I have to say this is one of the most fun extensions I have downloaded. I purchased the Pro edition and I am pretty happy with it.
It would be good to create a main menu module to allow users to go to the bank, casino home, and display a page with game categories. Today the categories are listed in the middle of a page with other content.

I really liked the way this extension sounded and thought it would be useful for my Jomsocial site. However, there is one glaring flaw to it, is that if you exit the page or press back it automatically sucks up your credits.
Unfortunately, I think this will make visitors irritated as many users will probably make this mistake and not have any idea what happened. A solution to this would be a popup window informing the user that they will lose credits without exiting from the game itself.

Why do any other attention? At the top of the game You have Big Attention about this. If Your users not read this attention is their mistake.
I think is'nt needed any other way to show it.
This was the best experience I have had with any developer. The extensions are great with many many options. I recommend the Pro Version. I experienced a small problem with an IE sript error and the support was awesome. The support team quickly resolved the issue and answered all my questions. This now gives my site an extra that most dont have.

The idea is a great concept - if it worked. The free version, with only one game, is fine. The game works great. Once you subsribe to their site and gain access to all the other games and the pro versions, nothing works. You lose all your points in the games, even when using the correct cash-out procedure, and the lack of support or contact from the developer just adds insult to injury when you've spent good money on a product that does not work and no support is provided!

Your problem is individual and I will solve them. I was write You about using support forums, not contact form. I was answer for each Your email and when You write to support forum I was answer too, but You not.

JG Casino is a wonderful concept. Installation is a little difficult because sometimes files don't get copied to certain directories. But once everything is ironed out, usually by the very willing support team, the casino runs smoothly. Currently there are still a few glitches with the User Account Points system integration, but once that is fixed the killer app has the potential to draw huge traffic to the site.
Although average in terms of existing bugs, I give it a good rating because of the very prompt, pleasant and ever helpful support. I have no doubt the app will move into production soon :)

This extension looks promising but the games all have different interfaces so it ends up eating points just because you never can guess how to properly exit a game, also some games make the whole site freeze.
I would be ready to pay for a fully functional version, which since this is based off IBProCasino shouldn't be tto ahrd to create

JG Casino support IB Pro Casino games and these games are different and are not my work.
I can't add other way for cashout than via game cashout to JG Casino, because could be absurdity - players never lost points.
I was looking for something fun and exciting for our members to "spend" their AlphUserPoints on and found this new extension JG Casino.
I admit that I had a few problems since my MySQL was not as up-to-date as it should and as required by the casino's developer but I made the necessary adjustments (simple utf8 problem) and had a very easy install.
My members loved it ! Now they can gamble to their hearts' content and earn their points back.
