PROS:
This is a great component I was looking for! We use this on our community website and we have a lots of fun. Currently in our betting league play 15-30 people every week. I recommend this. The best such component for Joomla. Very good customer service.

CONS:
It could be few improvements in next updates.

(1) MODERATOR
Now, only back-end Super Administrator can put the bets and the results. It should be an option to have someone, who can do this as special user (eg. moderator). Now, when the matches are finished and lads (our users) are checking the table (statistic) to see who is on the top, they can only see it only after administrator updated the results. If he is late (eg. 3 days), the lads are bit frustrated.

(2) BETTING
Now, when you bet on the match – there is a place on the bottom of the list called - “Bet on this match”. If the list is long (eg. 20-30 or more), when you click “prediction” you do not see that “Bet on this match” - as it is on the bottom of the website. You have scroll down to see it. Older users know this, but the new one have problems – as they click and see it's northing happened. I think that part “Bet on this match” after clicking “prediction” should be on the top, not the bottom.

(3) DESCRIPTION
Now, on the top we can see only “STATISTICS0” and “SOCCER MATCHES REPORTS TABLE” and we are not able to change this title and add any descriptions.

(4) RESETING THE RESULTS
Now, there is no such button to reset the statistic. The only way is to install and install component again.

This is an awesome component but Its a shame you limited the usage to soccer. I mean, I can translate the language to suit another sport but it would be awesome tho if it were more adapted to feature other sports aswell with custom field creation in the game info. Would be great with a module that shows highest players

too bad you have to enter team manually every time, it could save a lot of time if you select team from the list (entered before with assigned flag)

also would like to view other people predictions, not just how much they got total points.

joomla 1.6 not supported yet.

I was looking for a betting component to install on a site I run for an online football manager game and this fits the bill.

It could with an option to link the teams to external sites and I wonder if they'd ever look at the 'single match odds offered model', but it is cool.

Had a couple of issues with the install due to my SEO settings, but Devways were great at sorting out the issues. Always prompt and polite.

Great component, very recommended but it lacks a very important module : statistics for others users (no ways for users to know their ranking)

Good component, I think the best for joomla. Very recommended.
But it doest have modules, for example Statistics module (THIS ONE VERY NECESARY) That the users could see the points of other users, and a plugin for jomsocial.
