What I needed was a sitemap the included not just the menu system but also internal hyperlinks.

A few things I would like to see to make this even better would be a way to generate a menu based on sections/categories for the top of the page and a better looking URL using sh404sef though I may just be missing that.

Overall a great extension.

I needed something simple, in effect a site map that matched the Article Manager sorted by the Order column. It's not loaded with lots of extras, and I still need to figure out how to indent secondary hyperlinks, but it works.

There are two types of Joomla users... the ones who know the technical stuff under the hood, and those who want a decent web site and can figure out intuitive stuff. I'm one of the latter, and this one was just easy enough for me to get it to work.

The way you can create views with SQL queries to search on tables and create the links, is pretty awesome. With this system I was able to had links of pages for a component I've created.
Thanks a lot for this one. I think I'm going to use it again.

I've tried out about 5 different Site Map's, and this is by far the easiest to work with. It also allows you to have a site map of all of your content...not just menu items. Fantastic! You can see what I was able to do in under 3 minutes

I found it excellent. Installed first time without any problems, and very quick and easy to get it up and running. Tweaking it is slightly tougher, but not that hard to figure out how to do. It provides the exact type of site map I wanted - which segregates everything by the menu items and shows very clearly where info is located, and of course provides the link to get there quickly. Definitely one to get!!

This is a good component but the support is very poor - no answers to emails.

Works great but you only get one very long column so it's not viewer friendly.

This component works well and works with SerrBizSEF Basic and Complete. RD site map is a must have for SEO, as well as usability. :)

The only limitation I found is it only makes a site map of the default Joomla Content items. It would be nice if it read add ons like VirtueMart, Fireboard, etc.

RD Sitemap has a sef_ext.php file, which makes it compatible with advanced SEF components such as OpenSEF or 404SEF.

This makes it better than Joomap.

I disagree.
Joomap has row option, RD dont have.
RD have big copyright (actually advert) in footer, Joomap dont have. I hate these huge and pointless strings in center of my site.
So, i have uninstalled RD, and use Joomap.

If you don't like this delete it, nobody would djudge you. In 2.0 you can disable the note in the configuration.
