This module may also be useful if you wish to modify the breadcrumb code in any way as, unlike the built-in breadcrumb module, code in this module cannot be over-written when installing a Joomla! update.
Un-publish the original "breadcrumbs" module before using this one or else you could find you have two sets of breadcrumb trails!

This extension is just as described. Gives the user a few more configurable options such as alternative text for home option and also the opportunity to self decide the seperator between the different breadcrumbs.

Having shipped the installation of sample data on the site, I decided to go searchoing for a breadcrumbs module for Joomla 1.5 and this is the one that I found.
Very simple to install, and it just plain works. Good to have some control over how it behaves via the configuration parameters.
