Thanks for the plugin; works fine. I need some assistance though. How do I make the bar scrollable at the top?
I want it static at the top so that when you scroll the page it scrolls up too and not sitting on the page in a fixed position.

Yes indeed you can do it, you have to go in the module administration interface and there, you must set the option (Floating bar or not) to yes and the option ( Style) to Top. You can place the module on position debug.
