Great effect, and is smooth, beautiful, and easily configured. The JS library, however, conflicts with mootools. So either one element or another will break on your page when this is installed.
I tried all of the "fish/dock" effect modules (all of the free ones at least) several of which are not 1.5 compatible.
this one is THE ONLY one that worked inmediatley after install (no need to search for forum assistance, figure out how anything)
just replace the images, (if you want to) and GO!!!!

This functions really great. What an amazing extension.
It is flashy and works as noted.
I am still amazed by this.

NOTE: you obviously can't do submenus with this, so if you're looking for something to do submenus, this isn't for you. This is just Web 2.0.
