I purchased this component, and I posted two very easy (so I thought) questions via the 'contact us' link on the author's website.

Despite sending this support request three times now (over the space of one month), I have *yet* to receive *any* reply or acknowledgement!

Initially a very nice looking component but if I'm not able to customise it to my needs without any support, then next to useless.
Support - non-existent!

This just works. I love the fact that it is a mambot rather than a module so I can put the menu anywhere. And I love the fact that it references a menu rather than building its own menu item. The Pro version of this menu even adds mouse over and mouse down functionality. This is by far my favorite menu extension bar none.

This Plugin works great - however, it seems to have one major flaw - There is no active state for menu items - so if you want to show your users what page they are on by a change in that navigation item - you're out of luck.

I'm fairly new to joomla, when I found this menu i though thats exactly what I need, so after emails Josxp I bought it.

Downloaded the plugin in seconds, made a few question to set it up.

Its very easy to install, very easy to customize and it looks great.

support is also fantastic btw.

This menu is totally different from others. The icons are very attractive. Easy to install & easy to use.
