I purchased it, and it is a great plugin, however support is nonexistent, hence the low rating. I have emailed the publisher a number of times with non compatibility issues and no response. Very poor after sale service. Be aware, if you purchase it and it doesn't work for whatever reason, you are stuck with it.

Really wonderful extention with loads of features and straight forward installation.
What's even better is that the support for this product is amazing. The developer is helpfull, quick in responding and goes out of his way to get things working for your installation.

I needed a component which would allow me to use images for my menu bar which also allowed rollover and active states. But i needed it to be very easy to understand as once the site is live, my client will be the one who updates his menu items and Thumbnails Menu Pro ticked all the check boxes and then some.

This is by far the BEST menu extension I've ever used. Simple to install, simple to configure, and it JUST PLAIN WORKS. The fact that it uses a plugin for menu display gives me more flexibility of a module type menu as I can add this menu to ANY content item.
