Select Content Module

This module displays a list of titles of published items from a category. A string may be specified, so that only items are displayed that begin with the string in their title. The titles are displayed as links, which lead to their article. The module somewhat compensates for the lack of subcategories in Joomla. If you can accept to enclose categorizing information into the title of content items, then this module might be for you. Example: You have these content items in a category.
1. Cars - sedans
2. Cars - roadster
3. Bikes - scooters
4. Trucks - trailers
If you specify "Cars" as the filter string, content items 1 and 2 are displayed.
With ver.1.0.1 the module also works for search strings, which contain an apostrophe. Ver. 1.0.2 solves a bug when more modules are published after this in one position. Ver. 1.5.0 is for use with Joomla 1.5 in native mode.

The idea is great, which you can use keyword to select the article and display them in the blog style. But too many bug as mention by the user above.

Bug
1) The Page break doesn;t work. It show the line instead the "read more" button

2) The Title create a link, but doesn't get u anywhere from the page u are currently in.

3) It doesn't show up in the "installation>module" page, so u cannot uninstall it.

I think the developer is just trying to advertise their business by doing something on it and when u click download, it show their business www.

After I've installed the module, activated it and put it to work - doesn't show the articles titles as link no matter what you check on module settings. I even activated legacy plugin in J! to be sure it's not a problem from there.

I'm sure it's a simple problem, but it's an important matter if somebody wants to use this module.
