An excellent, easy to install, easy to use article linker. Awesome! Thanks for this extension.

After reading all of the rave reviews about linkr I was really looking forward to using it. Unfortunately, I ran into a problem immediately. I could not create any links. The popup window worked up to the point where you click the Get Link button...then nothing. The popup window remained and no link was generated.

Hovering over the labels for fields did nothing, no tooltips. Going to the developer's website and looking for documentation produced...how to install it, nothing close to how to use it. Nothing, not one word. Apparently, the developer believes that the product is SO simple it doesn't need any explanation.
Posting on the support forum resulted in a rather snobbish response stating that clicking on the Get Link button would result in the popup box closing and the link being inserted. Please note that I had previously stated that nothing like this occurred for me on the support forum.
After significant research I was able to discover a solution to the problem and got the product to work; no thanks to the linkr developers.
What this extension needs is solid documentation and reasonable support not superficial responses when problems occur. Be warned.

if you want to insert links in your articles, you won't find a better solution than LINKR ! Link to a file, link to a menu entry, it can do this in 2 or 3 clicks !

This is the single most important extension that I keep in my arsenal for site designs when using Joomla!

My clients love it. It increases my work flow by a minimum of 40% I would say. I never build a single site that doesn't use this product.

The only thing that sucks for me is that it using the background color from your template style sheets instead of having it's own. This is anything major; however, if you're working with a site that has a dark background color it becomes really hard to see sometimes. So I always end up recoding the CSS for Linkr to work the way that I want it to with a lighter background color. Other then that I would call this my silver bullet extension.

LinkR solved a complete headache for me. I couldn't link to anchors within pages and didn't want the client to get involved in HTML code. LinkR makes it a breeze to do just this and I agree it should be a core Joomla feature - can't believe it isn't.

This is something that should be integrated with Joomla!. Without Linkr I would be lost as to how to link to other articles the added bonus is the file upload and link feature. Bravo!!

This might not be one of the first extensions you think of when starting of with Joomla, but boy how handy it is!

Very easy to install (don't have to do anything extra) and it will save you a lot of time when you have a lot of content on your website that you want to link to from other points of your site.

Two thumbs up! (more if I had them)

I have never rated any software but using this one made me feel compelled to do just that. Great job! I really do agree with an earlier poster that this should become part of Joomla core

A fantastic tool to have on each and every Joomla! site! Linkr and JoomlaFCK Editor make a "killer" combination! Highly recommended!

Easy to download, easy to install and even easier to use. Very straight forward to use. Have been using it to link to menus, pdfs, other sites, etc. No problems.

This is my first review, but I feel this extension deserves one. Installed quickly and with no problems, and does exactly what I needed it to do (and what it said it would do). I just started using it, so I'm sure I've hardly scratched the surface, but linkr is a great addition to any Joomla! site.
