Smooth-Scroll for Joomla! Plugin

Makes whole Joomla! layout Jump&Scroll Smoothly! Smooth-Sroll is a small (1.8 KB) and simple plugin. It enables Joomla! to smoothly jump through the whole layout to a named anchor/div id in a page or simply to the top of the page via a normal link. It is compatible with Slimbox and many other JavaScripts that use the anchor # to be enabled. Demo page is actually a real working site. Scroll the page until footer and click on the arrow up "go to top" to see the effect. Really Easy to install & manage it adds a nice effect and makes navigation of layout more comprehensive.
