The plugin works great for me! Quick, easy install and usage.

My only complaint is that the first tab is open on page load. I haven't found a way to fix this yet.

I'm using the accordion tabs which helps on making a long page of content short. Very Nice! Thanks for your hard work!
Everything renders well in my target browsers. Adding the plugin was easy. I'm new to Joomla but swiftly learning thanks to the community.

The only thing that would make this plugin super sweet is the ability to add a wysiwyg editor to the parameters txt/html textarea.

thx!

This is the best tabs component I've found - module, plugin, and component, all work very well. Very simple and easy to use.

Hi,

I am absolute new in web development and I am begining with Joomla. I needed a way to show categorized information better than standard menues and this is the way.

Personalization of the CSS using http://jqueryui.com/themeroller/ is simply amazing, but remember, I am not an experienced web developer and I have had to figure out how to install the downloaded theme in the module.

The only thing I don't like is that if you choose an entry from the second tab, the whole page is refreshed and the first tab gets selected. If there was any way to avoid this, the navigation would be perfect.

Thank you for this great extension.

Hello,

First thanks for this module, it's great job. But i have a problem with it. I explain it there. I use it within other system of tabs "joomlaworks Tabs&Slides" but i searched a way to include another system of tabs within to enlarge the possibilties to display more informations. So i use the normal module inside the first tab : no problem it works, so i duplicate the module to put others informations in it: the informations are displayed but not the tabs (the tabs are displayed under li without css), it seems that the module have not the possibilty to be displayed twice in the same article. Oh i use also the plugin modules anywhere of NoNumber!

Have a solution to make it work when the module is duplicate?

Hi, thanks for your feedback,
It’s know issues with jQuery library, you can’t call same function twice in one instance. Sorry for it, i hope to fix it in future.

It is great, except the css is a mess. The css works great; but it is riddled with duplicates, spaces and unnecessary properties.

CSS and Java libraries comes from The jQuery Project.

you can use this tools to modify CSS and than replace it in jTabs.

- It may has to do with my poor joomla skills, but I haven't been able to make work the "module anywhere" plugin with this module.
- Another downside is that there apparently is some kind of incompatibility (?) between it and the joomlaworks frontpage slideshow.

Apart from that, like the others commenters said, it is a beautiful extension that installs smoothly and works within minutes : I am eager to see the next version, even if this one didn't quite cut it with what I had to do.
Keep up the good work !

Thank you so much. Works great, especially with the "Module Anywhere" you can load module(s) inside each tab.

After trying several other tabs/slides solutions, I found this module. It was easy to install, easy to configure and worked fine from the beginning.

Only one thing: If you usually include modules in your articles, you cannot have two instances of this module loaded on the same article.

quite good module. I can't say it is a best tool, because number of tabs or slides is limited and it is impossible to include slides inside tabs like it is posible to do with tabs plugins

one more bad thing is tha it is impossible to insert content items into slides

This is a very good tab module. There are small issues that keep me from giving it an excellent. It does not use template colors, and it requires publishing from within the module rather than collecting from a section/category. Other than that, it appears to be a very easy to use, attractive and fast module.
