This plugin separate text in columns, add custom spacing to columns, apply custom horizontal and vertical alignment, hyphenate text.

Put text content You need to be in columns inside trigger code, for example: {AC}Your Content{/AC}.

Place ACBR inside Your text to break text into next column. ACBR is a default "break code", in case you use ACBR in your text you can change it from plugin settings page.

Thank you for this plugin. It works perfect on joomla 3.2.
I had to add ro.js to plugin folder (for my language) and add a line 'ro': 'ro.js',
to hyphenator.js to avoid error message in browser.

Very easy to use and does exactly what I needed for a website i'm working on. Just one disadvantage.. the link to the manual is broken and gives a 404 error.

My site is only a simple news/magazine type place and this is just what I needed to split content into columns.

Once I'd got my head around the ACBR code not being in curly brackets it worked fine.

Not sure if any words in the dictionary (of any country) contain the letters ACBR in that sequence so it could be a disadvantage.

Otherwise, dead straight forward and does what it says on the tin.

The inline attributes (look in the user manual) are an added bonus.

Keep developing it - good work!!

Maybe you didn't notice, in plugin settings there is an option to change the code that is used to brake the text into columns. When you open Admiror Columnizer from plugin manager on the right you can see: Brake code, as a default it is ACBR.

Thanks for your support :)

This plugin is quite good. Only disadvantage, as mentioned, is the lack of auto break. It's a bit tricky to get well formed columns but possible nevertheless. With auto break it would have got five stars. :)

I used this plug-in for some time, but I had to move to css3 columns. Yes - IE doesn't support css3 columns - that is why I am thinking to back to this plug-in :) Easy to use and configure (J 2.5 support). Only one disadvantage: It doesn't split your content automatically :P You have to split it by yourself :) Very good plug-in. Maybe developer will add automatic content splitting in the near future.... When you use CSS3 columns - they will split your content automatically. . . But IE won't display CSS3 columns.... :) I don't understand Microsoft at all... who does... ooo. another disadvantage: This plug-in is using tables... Why? I don't know.... When I make pure xhtml/css pages - I use div - not tables... Maybe developer can change this too.. Then this plug-in will be perfect - why? because it is much more probable that the developer of this plug-in will change those things than Microsoft will upgrade IE to support CSS3 columns :P

Tables are used because they are failsafe, while divs can be unpredictable.

I created this plugin for myself, it's just as I needed. It's looks like we graphic artists are little control freaks over visual elements and dislike automatizations, but some future version could have automatic column breaks...

I encourage everyone to adopt and change this extension and provide us all a tools which makes our lives more easer and more aesthetic.
I also encourage everyone to visit Admiror Extensions forum and discuss about possible improvements.

Thank You for useful & critical review. I appreciate it.
