Now All my Visitor using IE6 knows that the webpage doesnt look good in IE6 and will encourage them to change to FireFox, Safari, Chrome, etc...

this way people can understand the mess produced by IE 6.0 in my website and download Mozilla firefox or Google Chrome.

This one does what it says but a bit too much. You surf into your site with IE6 and get the message. Problem is, once you close it, if you continue to surf the site you will get the message on every single page load. This will be a bit too much in the face for most users. Once is enough, I do not want to upset the people surfing into my site, even thought they are on IE6 and don't want to change browser.
