I really like it. It was just what I was looking for.
Did find a glitch though when I was using a larger background to compensate for resolution/Firefox vs Safari, The center of the image moves, so I changed line 82 of the helper.php to
$output .= "background: " . $color . " url(" . $livesite . $folder . '/' . $image . ") top !important;";

Hello, the mdoule works fine. One thing only: I suggest you to add some info about the tag to insert into the CSS field. The one for making the background static and the one to avoid a strange effect see this: http://farm5.static.flickr.com/4011/4475422485_bdd2743b0c_o.jpg

Simple, only required one small edit to template, no problem even for a newbie. Only thing I wish is that the image could be centered on the page (can't figure out how to do that, but I'm sure I could if I know a little more about coding)
It made my plain-jane templates really something special.

Seriously. This is pure genius. No messing around with scripts in the index file and so on. You install it, you configure it and it works.
This extension saved me hours of work. Normally you would have to create a new template for every background but this extension made this process redundant. You can apply additional styling to the module e.g = ; background-attachment: fixed !important; (remember to add the !important at the end of your line otherwise it will not work). A big thank you to the developers!
