Worked out the box for me, remember to publish the plugin, also, if you wanna change fonts, you will need to edit the fla file,

All paths in this Joomla 1.5 module point to the Joomla 1.0 file system, e.g. /mambots/system/ which should be /plugins/system/bot_sift/.
After manually changing all the paths, the module finally work. Very surprised about below two reviews, who claim to have gotten this working out of the box. Thats just not possible.

Easy to install, easy to use, super plugin...
Just bare in mind to update sifr.js to sIFR 2.0.7, otherwise this plugin will not work with Flash 10!

No hassling with paths and other troubles with implementing the sIFR font replacement in a Joomla template. Install and publish the plugin, paste a few lines of code in the index.php of your template and that's it.
