This works for Joomla! 1.5 and current Joomla! 1.6.
The script is part of the EasyCreator extension for Joomla! and has been sucked out for a more general use.

I've just installed ApiDocBuilder on my test bed and wanted to share my first thoughts, although I haven't tested it extensively yet.
The installation process was simple and quick. In las than a minute the extension was installed and being accessible from the Extensions menu in back-end.
The developer came up with a very simple and clean interface allowing for easy browsing and reading the code in any api class/method. The easy tabed access to external resources is really handy for getting some more in-depth info on the class/method, although some of them didn't work on my install, and I still haven't figured it all out.
As far as I was able to test it, the extension will be very useful for my own Joomla! related development activities.
I didn't rate it as excellent because of the tabs that didn't work and for not having had enough time to test it thoroughly.
