WebMounter supports all common file operations like: delete, create folders, rename, edit.
After installation and making some simple actions a virtual disk appears on your computer.
There are two folders on this virtual disk:
1 Joomla.Articles (for correct program functioning the website must have JMediaManager component installed) This folder contains all articles from the website (specified at the program start-up) in the form of html files. You may create new html files, edit existing ones, etc. All changes are automatically applied at your website. It means that now you may work with articles from the website like with local html files and use any text/html editor to edit the files, it may be usual Notepad or more complicated Dreamviewer. You don’t longer need any plug-ins or something else for html editors!
2 Joomla.Gallery (for correct program functioning the website must have JMediaManager component installed This folder contains all images from the gallery, installed on the website (specified at the program start-up). All albums are represented by simple folders. You may view, add or edit images with your favorite editing software, and all changes are automatically applied at the website in real-time mode! You may work with images from your gallery like with regular local files.
WebMounter also supports Google.Docs service.
