I have been using Joomla since the early days of Joomla 1.5 and I have never written a review. I feel compelled to do it in this case.
I recently upgraded my site to Joomla 3.1 because hackers were constantly destroying the 1.5 site.
I bought this component and had errors installing it. I thought I lost my $92.00. I emailed the support team and got an answer immediately!
I gave them temporary access to the site and they had it up in running in nothing flash! They even set it up for me on my new Joomla 3.1 site.
They were AMAZING!

We have been installing this on all our sites after a brute force attack.
The installation process was good, and written instructions ok, but the support has been excellent with quick responses - even in the middle of the night.
Our VPS server is now much quieter. Extraordinary the smut which people try to post on our financial services website...
This comes in the bracket of expensive software that is worth every penny.
It keeps our site safely boring :)

Nothing like trying to close the barn door after the horse is gone - I was hacked and at a loss as to what I needed. Starting with pre-sale questions OSE patiently answered my idiot questions, told me what product I would need (in this case the Suite) and after I purchased they offered to install it across all of my domains; they checked on the infected domain files and told me what to do to clear it and have gone even farther by giving advice as to other security measures I need to take. Since this product was installed I have had several notifications of hack attempts so it seems to be doing the job. I have since received a follow up email from OSE making sure everything is working and told to contact them if I have any further issues. This is remarkable support and just on that alone I have to give OSE 5 stars!

The installation and configuration was very easy. However, I did have some problems on updating the extension using the auto-update button. Also, I was on some kind of paranoia trying to find out if my site was really clean - a couple of days after installation of the OSE Security Suite I found my site hacked again.
So, I contacted the support team and explained what was happening. The support team were very helpful and the found some hacked files in my site (they were there before the installation of OSE Security Suite so that's why I was hacked again!!). Also, they help me tune-in the extension to suite my needs and they got the auto-update of extension to work!!

A back-up is not enough. You must also protect yourself against malicious threads and attacks especially if you run a blog or forum. That's a hard-learned lesson. We got in touch with OSE after our site was infected. Not only they helped us with the installation of the suite but they also assisted with the running, cleaning and customisation. The best support ever and worth every penny. Highly recommended!
A few years back, my Joomla sites kept getting hacked. Then I bought the OSE security pack and I've never been hacked again. Well, till a few days ago. One of my sites by my mistake wasn't included in the protection and was hacked (and from there they got to all my other sites). The OSE team helped me with a lot of patience till it was sorted out. I've really never seen such great support.
I purchased the OSE antihacker version hoping to get my site completely protected from hackers. What I got was just that and support staff that were exceptionally helpful when I ran into problems installing it. In addition, after the install, I had problems with joomla. They went above and beyond by figuring out the problem and fixing it for me. I would recommend OSE for any of their products, as they are timely with the help they provide and always solve whatever problem you may have with their software, as well.
We had a clients site hacked and hijacked, the support team helped us clean the site and get us back to normal in a matter of days. A+ Support, keep up the good work!
I can not say enough about the importance of this software and the quality of the staff at OSE. Our site was severely hacked, breaking daily, running slow and was on the verge of crashing loosing years worth of archives. Our backups were corrupted and we were stuck. The OSE team's 100% satisfaction claim was true as we worked through cleaning out the hacked files then installing anti-hacker/virus software. Our site is running better than ever and secure, three cheers!!! OSE.
My two sites had been hacked so I needed to take off what the hackers had put on and get some protection. The rogue software didn't show up on anti virus scans by other products but the OSE team found and removed it. They then loaded their protection for me and worked on it until all the problems were totally resolved. Really excellent support, thank you OSE team.

Not only did OSE Security Suite get rid of malicious lines of code in my pre-existing website(s) it has also prevented around 15 separate attacks on my website(s) since I purchased it October 13th 2011 and today is October 25th 2011.

We purchased the security suite from OSE a while back and had it running fine.... After a few months of neglect on our part our site became infected with some malicious code.... :-/
Support at OSE was GREAT... they got right back to us... helped us clean out the infected files and made sure it won't happen again!

I couldn't believe how great these guys are. They've been helping me for weeks getting my site fixed. we had alot of issues but turned it my hosting company was on a lower PHP. once I change hosting company we got everything up and running. They answered all my questions day or night. I can't say enough about OSE.
I don't often write a review so quickly after installing - however, in this instance I felt it worthty. These guys went overboard with support to get this working on my site.
Having been attacked twice in the space of week, I needed a robust system in place to help reduce the threat of more attacks.
Whilst I know that no component can stop all - at least with this package I can prevent some.

I purchased the web cleaning services due to serious and annoying hacker attacks. The service and the attention from these guys was more than excellent. After spending a lot of money on other cleaning services, these guys manage to solve my problems in a couple days. After that, i purchase the security suite. My problems are over! No more hackers attacking my website, no more code injections and database injections. I strongly advise you to purchase this Security Suite, it's a must have for all Joomla websites!
I purchased this extenions a couple of weeks ago for a community site that I'm building. I'm a very novice user and am pretty much stumbling my way through this whole process. I was able to install the extension but didn't quite understand how to configure it, so when I contacted OSE, they configured it for me without hesitation. Every question that I asked was answered in a timely fashion and they were very much willing to assist with the product...to me, that speaks volumes! The extension seems to be working perfectly so far....no problems.
