We are proud to announce that a new version of Course Manager has been officially released. There are many new functions available in the new version including PayPal payments and Not specified Start and Finish dates for courses. Please find more details below.
New version 1.5.4 brings the following upgrades:
+Accept PayPal payments from the customers
+Status of the booking is automatically updated when a PayPal payment is successfully completed
+User is automatically registered in Joomla when he submits a booking
+New username and randomly generated password are included in the emails sent by the component
+User can manage his/her bookings and pay for the course if required.
+If start or finish date is left blank in the course details, a string "Not Specified" will be displayed on the website
+Rearranged config options for better orientation
+System checks for available capacity before a booking can be stored in the system
+Administrator can make a copy of any course in one click (it will not make a copy of the sessions at this stage)
+Multicurrency support
+New filters in the administration for an effective management
+More courses with the same title can be stored in the system

Thanks for this component. Able to update courses, sessions, users and all bookings very easily. No complicated extra code required for my clients to try and work out when filling out new course details and managing bookings.
Configurable by category, registered or non registered booking settings, email booking confirmation settings, even fancy little icon configuration for categories. The developer communicates so its good to see where the component is going. Thanks again
