Multi-Venue Restaurant Menu Manager Component

Based on the original single venue component, Multi-Venue Restaurant Menu Manager (com_mv_restaurantmenumanager) is a new component which allows you to create and manage food and drink menus for multiple cafes, bars or restauraunts. It is suitable for web sites that may want to act as a portal for multiple venues.

The price includes a user guide, email/forum support and access to free updates as released.

1. Added 'add_photos_url' field to Venues DB table and admin pages. If used, displays a link to a URL providing Additional venue photos on the venues listing front page. (Eg:- a slideshow of some sort.)

1. Added ability to delete multiple menu items.

2. Changed menu item image display so that they are displayed in a small popup window instead of a normal full-sized browser window.

3. Added 'map_html' field to venues DB table to allow maps to be embedded in the component front page listing of venues.

4. Fixed several bugs to do with menu item display and PDF generation when prices are either switched off or left blank.

5. Added 'show_prices' field to the sections DB table and admin pages to allow the display of prices to be overridden on a section by section basis, if required.
