A free program that allows landlords, property managers, and agents to display their listings at Listanza on their website, thereby improving efficiency while maximizing exposure.
Single user API code
Use your User API Code to show only your listings, that you posted at Listanza, on your website through the ListanzaWebLink module.
Group user API code
If you have multiple users posting listings or are part of a landlord/property management organization or association, and would like to show listings from multiple users through the ListanzaWebLink module, then use the Group API Code.
I just had a quick look at the code, and there is a link to their own website which runs a script.
This script can do anything.
Also they put their own google ads on your website, and you can´t change it.
For me not a fair FREE script.

To our knowledge we do NOT show google ads on your site, as part of our module/widget.
Yes the module/widget links to YOUR listing(s) on Listanza!. As part of the design, one manages their listings in only one place. That listing is then syndicated to Trovit, Overstock, and Vast, to name a few, as well as your own site. All in an effort to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
