Products are great and exactly what im looking for. The service is even better. Im am a new user of joomla and they were very patient with me.
This Component is simply amazing! easy to use and multiple configuration interface makes Listing and Posting Properties a breeze! and of course the Support Team really professional and gave me a big treat on the Search Module. Awesome job! Can't wait to try my hands on all other add-ons!
I'm doing a site for a builder and he needs a simple way to display his current listings. FW Real Estate Light is simple to install and is exactly what we need.
My only cautions are (1) a price is required, and (2) I miss a Submit or Upload button for the photos. Instead, the photo is uploaded when clicking the "Save and Close" button for the listing.

This component was almost perfect for my needs, except I needed to change some property type category names. I made a request via email and over the weekend the developer updates the FREE version and solves my dilema! I've never seen such awesome support. I'll definitely try to convince my client to upgrade to the Pro version knowing the level of support that is behind this component.
My clients were looking for something easy to use for real estate postings on their website, but without being cumbersome. I found the free version and tested it out and compared it to the others on the market. I found this was far simpler and easier to use than the more complicated options on the market. Simple in the sense of uploading the images, providing and customizing the details. My clients did have some minor requests/changes that I had to ask for help with and the response was quick, detailed and just amazingly friendly. The clients really love this component and since they are not too techie oriented - this is great. My questions were answered before we even before we bought the full version! Simple, easy and helpful. Thank you.
Configuration is blocked, you can not move the setup files, sizes, etc. Can not embed Google Maps key, Admin e-mail. What there is therefore a reference to adjust the configuration?
Super is a possibility of recording multiple images. Too bad it does not display the slideshow in a frontend.
Conclusion: Install, whether you find it useless. Stupid purchase a full version in the hope that it will work there. I do not.

Dear anBLOK,
Configuration is not blocked if you click on Edit button. Taking into account all your words, it looks like you just haven't noticed it.
You can manage big, medium, thumb image sizes, choose the way of image resizing as well as generate google map API key.
You should be more attentive or at least you could always contact our support center and get the immediate support.

Perhaps I shouldn't be so picky when something is free. But the component's resize of image feature doesn't work properly. Also, if you don't mind having the description of the property covering some of the picture of the property this might work okay for you. The API google maps feature works remarkable well. Also it has a very nice bonus feature that allows you to upload multiple pictures of the property in one fail swoop! I'll definitely be watching for newer versions of this module. Until then, I'm still on the prowl.

Thank you for pointing this drawback out! Resize of images will be fixed in the next release. As for covering pictures by property description so you need to tweak the size of the image to your site template.
Wow... great product to get-er-done. This was so simple to install (into Joomla1.5). Quick and did the basics to display, provide description and get the info on the web. Easy to understand. This was the lite free version. The only problem I noted was the formatting on the screen when clicking on "View Details". Everthing came up from the DB but wrote over the pictures... no autowrap of the text. This could be fixed by opening into a Joomla page without three columns. The other feature that I would want (maybe availble on other versions?) would be sorting by price, location, description.
