This is the most complete real estate extension for joomla. You can customize it as you like. Easy to use and install. The component has everything you need: various research methods and list of apartments, images, maps, booking, contact form, agents, pdf management, and more. Very complete, it is a very good job.
I use this one for my site, it is easy and has a good result. (looks)
Few things could be added like street vieuw and a foto slider. (perhaps for the next update?) Remember users: support the builder of this great component: software worth using is worth supporting (even a little helps to keep this for free)

Have been looking for this for ages, installed and working in minutes, minimal formatting, I love it!
Who putting here low rate please refer to documentation or install component first. There is a lot of features. Thank for designer and programmer for that perfect job you made for us!

Hello everyone, I've used this component to a web estate agent and works very well. It is very complete and comes with all the necessary functions. I appreciate all your work to the developer and offered support to me, helped me with all the doubts I had.

But members can't manage listings in frontend.

Is an excelent component, it works perfectly to me, it has all the characterisitcs that i was looking for, and they brings an excelent support!
It´s a great feature-rich free component. Image management, maps, and database agents and properties are absolutely great. The design is eye-pleasing and very intuitive. The modules that come with it, very complete. Best of all, the support I got was very prompt, compared to other commercial components. Best experience yet!
I'm also experimenting with this new version of the component. Excellent functionality, modules and frames.
