There are so many reviews already on this product but, I could not stop myself from creating an account with joomla extensions. As here I get an opportunity to express the success of my business with the use of this component. I have used and I have started getting good reviews from all over.

Definitely, there is nothing in this world "perfect" thus even after number of small troubles
I sailed through very easily with the help of their forum. FYI I really didn't know how to use or tweak the module or component but, somehow I had great experience and have great sense of achievement.

I thank the administrator, the whole team and other geeks who has helped in shaping this product and making a great success. Even on forums you will find people of great help.

I hope this product comes up with more features and be easy to update the previous version which is already running on our website.

It looks great but, little time consuming while updating sites (properties). I hope it gets better in near future.

Hi. This work is no good at all.Simply a lousy system :-(
Management menu suddenly disappeared and it will not return even after reinstallation. And NOT support

This component solved my real estate database problem. Here are the reasons why:

1 - It's well-built. There are some errors as far as server compatibility (I had trouble with wamp error-reporting) but after that was addressed, it seems to run smoothly. Simple code, and by far THE BEST database table setup. Other open-source programs and some commercial products use poor database structure that make cross-integration impossible or too heavy on the server. I am working on a website for my commercial real estate company, and this is built where I can modify as necessary.

2 - To further the cross-integration point, using the component Fabrik, I can pretty much modify this and create custom modules. I also now have the ability to integrate my properties database with other databases for property management, tenant management and accounting. Again, simple-but-effective table structure goes a long way.

3 - Clean look, little customization needed. I am not a fan of the non-tab view, but the view with tabs is great. I'll be replacing the default icons with my own, but that and simple css changes are easy enough. The tabbed view really is a good way to present property listings.

4 - Great support. There was a fast, simple response by este8an to my error. My fault was that I didn't search for an answer to my problem hard enough. Instead of blasting me for not searching thoroughly through the forums, este8an simply added a link to my post to find what I needed. Too often people like me are blasted for this. Kudos este8ban.

Obviously the program was not written by a native english speaker, but it's not too far of a stretch to figure out what you need, correct a few spelling errors, etc. Don't let that stop you.

I'm impressed enough with this that I'd be willing to help with simple things (like cutting out the icons more cleanly, etc) that are within my bounds. Heck, if este8an gets a 'donate' module here by the time I finish my site, I'd definitely donate. 'Nuff said.

One of the best real estate components by far. Only thing lacking is support. I wouldn't even mind paying for this if there was decent support. Thanks Este8an.

I have used this component for 3 months, I'm supprised cost for this great components is free. With large forum support, This components very usefull.

Great com and mod. I absolutely can't agree with Nemesiss. I am no coder at all, I just know css. So, when I deleted comments in css, I could see all those "unvisible" buttons. So, If I had any picture of este8an, I would frame it. Este8an, thanks for free extension and thanks for jvehicles. If you need serbian translation, let me know. J'll be glad to help.

Love the format and the function. Works out of the box with exception of language and css tweaking. Took around 2 hours to correct simple grammar errors and layout 'funkiness'.

Great potential...with some language overhauls and a bit of fine-tuning this could be Excellent!

I am also trialling this component and it is very easy to use and works really well. There is no hacking code or understanding longwinded documentation. One of the better joomla extensions.The only thing missing I can see is a featured property module.

It is a piece of awesome component. I love it! it just meet what I need. I have tried a few versions of this component, and happy to note that the developer has continues to improve this component with great features. However, it is also noted that every new component downloaded will have some little bugs, it will be great to have bug free version. Anyway, I still love to use this component and I really appreatiate all the hard work of this developer.

A good property management extension. Spare a little time to get the translations in the language file right and its quite usable.

The component has great potential.

The good

- It's got fairly good integration with Native 1.5 Joomla
- it's pretty user friendly
- has some good modules
- Support forum is active
- its free

The bad

- No complete english version
- very buggy
- updating the component will cause alot of problems and rework
- be prepared for alot work to get things properly running
- its free. Most users would gladly pay for a stable version with support
- An inexperenced coder would not be able to use this component out of the box.

I hope the developer keeps at it, this component has some great potential if it just addresses a few major issues.

Hmmm... I try all components for property listings, but i will use this. Why it's so easy to use it and support on forum is great and feast...

and by this component i like tabs... all other component don't have so nice listing template so this Property Component is my choice...

This is such an adaptable extension, excellent for a variety of uses. We are using it for a business listing as well as property listing site and it just crosses all the t's. We did find that the best combination was the property component with the vertical search, works really well. If you ever have problems the support is so quick and very helpful, best to use the forum, the response is excellent.
An excellent extension, it has my vote without a doubt.

I would have given an excellent rating. I was in a hurry to get a website done. I did not have time to work through some of the smaller bugs I was running into. As such I cannot assume they are of any fault of the extension.

Even so they were minor and when I posted on the forum the developer was fast to get onto my site and correct any errors that were there.

I can recommend this extension to those who need a way to style there listings, this plugin seems to have the ability to be whatever you need it to be.

Hi to all of you

First I must say that I'm just a real estate broker trying to built his own web site as you might figure it out I have no knowledge on php, html, java script, css and all that stuff.. that is reason i got invilved with joomla.

In my quest to try to built my website I found Open Realty (OR) and the CMS integrator and to be honest I make it work in my web page, but once ou have to make a change you must know all the language above and I found this component not very friendly, I'm not saying
is a bad component but it was out of my lead

Also I found: PROPERTIES

And this component was very friendly and the way it shows a property it is so much elegant
compare to OR very easy to use same goes to the agents (sellers) module.

Just one thing avoid using templates with tranparents menus (suckerfish) because it will not
let the component work properly (Explorer) and not only this component but others.

About este8an, keep in mind that he has a regular job so you MUST HAVE SOME PATIENCE, because
he is very willing to help.... believe me

I had started to use this component for a week and it did exactly what I am looking for. In general, this component is well thought design and it deserves a 5 stars rating. There are some areas that need to enhance like language file, layout, modules... but these can be easy to accomplish.
