Vehicle Manager Basic it's a free software for Joomla 1.5/1.6/1.7 site, that helps you to create Vehicles base (cars, trucks, buses and other Vehicles ). Free Software Vehicle Manager is simple in installation and using.
Vehicle Manager Basic - free software have a lot of options and settings what make management more effective. Admin can create category of Vehicles (cars, trucks, buses, boots, bike, used autos, car rent, cars for sale, truck for sale and other)
Vehicle Manager contains a photo gallery were users can see detailed pictures of Vehicles and also contains a large number of descriptions of Vehicles, such as: Model, Year of issue, Mileage, Engine type, Transmission, Drive type, Number of cylinders and other useful information.
In section Vehicles location visitors can see Vehicles on the Google map. Visitors can add reviews and rating of Vehicles.

To note, I was pleased enough to purchase the full version from ordasoft.
I am pleased with the function of the program it produces a very nice interface for adding & managing vehicle, rentals & sales. The name is a little misleading. Vehicle Manager is far more geared towards car sales/rentals. Thankfully they've had the forethought to build up the program with language files and so I was able to convert most of the fields to the boat terms my site needed.
I would have given top rating but I do have one problem in customizing. I had to customize a fair amount of the php function & template files. This is was easy to do, but limits me from easy updates. I can live with this, but I hope they consider producing vehicle type modules.
Their support is top notch, VERY quick in response.

Yezzir... these guys was the shiznit! Their support was unbelievable. Shout outs to the guys from their support team (Andrew & Artem). These guys got back to answer every question I had and solved any related issues. They did this kind of support for the free version, so I can only imagine how they would treat a paying customer. I was having a serious problem with the install on my Go Daddy hosting server (most likely my fault) and I hate to say it but they (Ordasoft) went on my hosting server and actually did it for me. By no means should you contact these guys first if you have an issue, because they have a ton of free documentation that very well may resolve your issue.

This module does all that it was said that it would do.
It is very easy to load the vehicles, which was a concern when we were looking at different extensions.
The best part is the support that we have received from the developer with a few problems that we had in setting it up and explaining to us what he had done to remedy each situation

I have installed the non-commercial version of the component in a vehicle dealer site I am currently developing for a client. The component works great, it has saved me days of development.
Once the client approves we could be going for the commercial version.
I must add that the developer gave me very prompt and friendly support via Email when I needed support with Google Maps integration.
This is certainly a great component for anyone in vehicle dealership site development.

I have used Vehicle Manager on a tractor seller site and found it to do an excellent job. Its great value for money as they are not asking a lot for it and the support I received was terrific, I had a small custom mod done and it was done quickly and very economically. I use a number of specific function components in my joomla work and this one rates highly.
