Solve any Unpublish Codes in your listing.

Each listing that is unpublished displays Unpublish Reasons (UR Codes). The following setps are required for republishing:

  1. Solve the Errors or request help if needed
  2. Check the box marked, "Errors Corrected"
  3. Click Save (Click cancel if just viewing)

The JED Team announced the introduction to it's Support System. If you recieve error codes on your pending submissions, after reviewing the unpublish reason details, if you still don't understand what they mean or how to solve them, submit a support ticket. Republishing is on a first-come, first-serve basis and done when a JED Volunteer has available time. Republishing is a last priority for team duties and reviews/new listings always come first. Republishing may take up to 30 days or more. To avoid this situation in the future, ensure that your listings are always up-to-date and you follow all of the JED Guidelines. After entering a support ticket when you have corrected the errors (unless the suspension was for fraudulent voting/practices), as time permits we will review the request. Do not email the team, post in the forums, on the J!People site or in other non-project sites seeking republishing information - this will only delay your listing being not submit a support ticket if you have not received error codes on your submission.


Ok, but what if my extension is listed as vulnerable?

If your extension has been listed on the Vulnerable Extensions List then you must take the following actions to be republished and marked as Solved on the VEL:

  1. Solve the Issues
  2. Post a security release statement on your site
  3. Attach the new extension zip file to your JED listing
  4. Change the extension version in your JED listing
  5. Include a note at the top of your JED listing notifying the public that the current release is a Security Release and users should upgrade immediately
  6. Create a support ticket in the JED and request republishing.
  7. Send an email to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it with a notice of resolution, a link to the the security release and the latest version number
