NEW VERSION RELEASED 1.1 The DJ-Classifieds extension allows you to add text advertisements into thematic categories, assigning images and descriptions to them. You can also allow users to add their own advertisements at your website with possibility to charge users for it (paypal). Simple Ads manager. Registred user can place a classified ad with description, date , comments, photos and custom fields. Administrator manages the categories of classified ads, cutomizes fields in categories, validates the ads. The user receives an email after ad creation and after admin validation. User can modify its ad from the fronted. Front-end shows a view with ad details (2 template views possible), vendor email contact, and photos. Ads Factory - Classified Web Ads System for Joomla. Ads Factory has extensive user support offering HTML description for the ads and a user extended profile. The content display is fully configurable through a template, since the component uses a template engine. This make the adjustment to the site template very easy offering full freedom - Tutorial. To this, two listing methods are offered: list and grid view mode including a expiry countdown. Ads Factory is fully SEF including dynamic page titles! Automatic metadescription and keywords are integrated in the component to comply with the actual standards. Tags on ads and a tag cloud module is also present to provide a huge SEF improvement. The component offers Categories support including a category module, which can be also used as a filter option. The present Watchlist can be set on existing categories or ads based and includes also email notification. Aside this advanced search and filter options are avaialble for the extension. For each ad a separate location can be entered using the GoogleMaps system. Also the user has the possiblity to upgrade his ad to a featured ad: gold, silver or bronze. The ads can be also saved for later publishing (publish/unpublish; save ads now publish later) or can be date triggered published. A republishing option is avaialble for expired ads; also on expiry a email notification is sent. If not replublished the ads will go to the existing archive system. Ads can de reported to the admin in case of fraudulent behavior. In case that a user wants to ask an ad publisher a certain question, he can use the integrated user messaging system. A main image and secondary images can be attached to each ad. This will be automatically included in a small image gallery present for each ad. The image gallery is slider based and has also a detailed view option. File attachements can be used also, in order to provide detailed informations. This attachements togheter with the gallery and GoogleMaps are displayed on the detailed viewof each ad. GoogleMaps is part of the Community Builder integration and contains the CB "My Ads" and "GoogleMap" tab. The administrator has extensive control over all ads. He can easily block certain ads with a single click, set up the picture resize values, etc. If desired he can enter multiple currencies and configure all email notifications. Bulk import with images and file attachemnts is possible and also a very easy export to the excel file format. Classifieds Component can be used as facebook application and as website version with facebook authetification API and social plugins. Admin can choose whether to allow any user (including facebook users) to place ads or only facebook users can do it. Admin. can create as many ads categories as it is needed. For each category the set of ad fields (such as price, city, age, area, etc.) can be specified in different formats. Classifieds visitors can see facebook profile pictures and names of ad owners and visit their facebook profile pages. On the ads details pages users can post their comments for ads using facebook social plugin and see comments of other facebook users. Using Like button users can share ads pages from classifieds back to their Facebook profile and view profiles of users who recommend these ads to other users.

The plugin doesn't have extended functionality, except for the search option. It is just a nice app to store some personal advertisements on the profile. There is also a module to show latest classifieds on the page. This module adds a scrolling/non-scrolling 'Featured Items' section to your website for your Classified ADs component. If a user wishes to be included in the Featured AD section they can automatically post a payment via Paypal for the term of their choosing (15 days/$5, 30 days/$10, 60 days/$15, Etc.). The terms and amounts can be set in the Admin back end. The features of this module are: You can create up to 5 different term/payment options (1 month -> $20, 3 months -> $30 and so on). You can choose whether to have your ads scrolling or non-scrolling. Paypal built-in. Allows admin to add and delete featured items from front end. It will only allow the option to Feature an ad if one is registered on the site and have at least 1 ad in place. The payment processing allows multiple ads to be paid for at one time (shopping cart style). Allow for no payments, which means that the users must request to have their ADs featured. Added AD id's to listings for better identification by the users. You can have both horizontal and vertical displays on your website. You can set the color and size of the text, background color and border color of the featured ads via back end parameters. Parameters to control which ads manager pages can display the Featured Ads. This works with Classifieds Redux (a greatly enhanced classifieds Ads component) for Joomla 2.5/1.5 and the original Ads Manager, the upgraded Ads Manager 2.6 for native Joomla 1.5/2.5 by Thomas Papin.
