Ultimate Mailing Lists is a Joomla component, made to help you organize your contacts into contact lists, and manage them through a central frame. Further than that, it can be used to send emails/newsletters/invitations/etc to subscribed users (and even unsubscribed ones), and generally used as an email sending application. You will be able to generate and manage mailing lists, and your users will be able to subscribe/unsubscribe from them by using the convenient frontend component. UML is heavilly operated in the Joomla backend.
