The plugin allows for videos to easily be embedded into article pages anywhere in the content. It will take the first video in the string and put it as the main video. It will then take everyother video listed and thumbnail them down below. Clicking on a thumbnail will change out the main video. IMPORTANT NOTES Just put this anywhere in the content of your article, {youtube}videos{/youtube}. Example: {youtube}video1,video2,video3,video4{/youtube} The videos are separated by commas and there should be absolutely NO SPACES in any of it. To find the video id just look at the URL when viewing it on YouTube. Example link: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=fFgBwT0mo_s All you need for the id is the characters after v= Video ID: fFgBwT0mo_s If any problems drop me an email and I will do my best to answer them. I am also accepting feedback on features to add to the player for future releases.

This simple little plugin will display the YouTube Flash player in your articles when {youtube}xxxxxx{/youtube} is inserted in the text, where xxxxxx is the YouTube ID for choosen video, playlist or custom player. Version 1.1 no longer removes title, author etc. from articles! Have support for single videos, playlists and custom players, and the appearance/functionality of the player is customizable through various parameters. The HTML output can be rendered as plain HTML (the default when embedding videos from YouTube) or as a mix of HTML and JavaScript through the SWFObject (http://blog.deconcept.com/swfobject/). The latter is recommended, as it removes that pesky “click to activate and use this control” from Internet Explorer, among other things. I will try to support thisplugin, however, remember that I am just a guy who wrote a plugin for his own needs and decided to share it with the Joomla community.
