Jomsharefile extension it works for Jomsocial. User can share files of any type such as pdf,txt,xls,mp3,jpg and many others in their Jomsocial groups . Site admin can decide on which filetypes can be allowed for the site users to upload and share in their group from the backend of the Jomsharefile extension. Site admin will login to the backend of the site and will provide the type of the file that website members can share in their group. We have taken care of user privacy also, user can decide on his own to whom he can share file s.
